“Victoria Residence” complex is located in the
northern part of Sunny Beach, next to the beach.

Victoria Residence” complex consists of 2
buildings – A and B. In the two 5 storey buildings there are 80 apartments and
24 shops on the ground floor.
There are 73 one bedroom apartments, 2 two bedroom apartments and 5 studio
apartments.
The distance to the beach is 50 m.
Maintenance fee for owners of
apartments in residential complex VICTORIA RESIDENCE - 8 euro + VAT per sq. m.
per year (10 euro per sq. m. +VAT for owners of shops), which is spent for:
- Maintenance of the complex area;
- Maintenance of the common parts of the building;
- Maintenance of the lawns in the complex;
- Security guard throughout the whole year;
- Lightning of the common parts of the complex;
- Lightning of the common parts of the building
- Organization of sanitary – hygienic service of the complex and the common
parts of the building
- Maintenance of the lifts.
On owners' request the following services will be carried out for additional
payment:
- Rental management;
- Cleaning of the apartments and shops;
- Repairs in the apartments and shops;
- Payment and reading of overhead expenses, taxes, fees, etc.;
- Rent a car;
- Airing, maintenance of the premises when the owner is away;
- Services connected with the owners' comfort stay in the complex will be
carried out by the complex staff

Finishing of the apartments:
The residential buildings are built with reinforced
concrete construction. The outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5 cm
thermo insulation – FPF; on top of it there is polymer stucco. Fire-alarm system
is installed.
