Please note, that the prices in "Sunny Day 6" complex are € 490per sq.m only for a short period of time and after that they will increase back to € 640 per sq.m.

        

The complex Sunny Day 6 impresses with its magnitude and functionality, built up area of the development 60 000 sq.m., but it is not only the size of the settlement that is impressive: a pleasant mixture of traditional Bulgarian architecture, optional building terrain and reasonable distance to the vibrant Sunny Beach offer all future residents peace and coziness needed for a perfect holiday.

Sunny Day 6 is a confined residential community with restricted car traffic, comprising 1400 apartments situated in 44 four-storied buildings. There are different type of apartments such as studio, 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom offering variety of floorage and exposure. All units are luxuriously finished and equipped by the Developer, who can also provide a suitable offer with furniture packages. The settlement is relatively divided into two phases, which completion is planned for 2010.

Sunny Day 6 is located in the outskirts of Bulgaria's top summer resort Sunny Beach, only 4-5 km away from fine sandy beaches and plenty of entertainments. The ancient and picturesque Nessebar town, representing part of a world cultural heritage protected by UNESCO, is at a distance of 7 km. The settlement is 35 km away from Bourgas International Airport and 95 km from the one in Varna.

From 2010 the Developer will operates regular transportation for owners and guests between the settlement, beach area, airport, other Sunny day developments and some nearby destinations.

Maintenance fee 480 euro annually.

The prices vary from the size of every property. Please note the prices do not include fitted kitchen, solicitor representation, agency fee, furniture, stamp duty or any once off charges in connection with ESB connection, water etc.

Example: If you purchase an apartment with a price of € 20 580 to own legally the property you will need to spend € 23 700. In this amount you would have covered the price of the apartment, stamp duty, notary fees, solicitor, agency fee, ESB connection, water and ESB advanced charges, legal documents obtained from the county council, the yearly maintenance charge of € 480 per year. After you have paid that amount you will get your Deeds and if you decide to furnished the apartment this will be extra cost.
