The five - storey super luxurious residential - hotel complex Stella Polaris 2 on the Bulgarian seaside, in the resort of Sunny Beach and 20 meters away from Bourgas is situated on a surface of 1 900 sq metres in the southern part of the resort, opposite the holiday house of the Council of Ministers, less than 200 metres away from the beach.

 

 The Complex will be guarded day and night, equipped with an elevator, reception, recreation centre with a swimming pool, lobby bar, shops and parking spaces.

 

The apartments will be in a completed, luxurious state, with outside thermal insulation, German PVC- joinery, terra cotta, sanitary faience, laminated parquet, shower cabin, boiler, air-conditioning for each apartment and are adapted to be used all the year round.

 Method of payment:

10% - at the signing the preliminary contract.

35% - 1 month later.

35% - roof completion.

20% - when the building is finished. Title of ownership is issued at the last payment.
