         Holiday village PASAT is located in the South –Western part of Sunny Beach, 450 m away from the beach and 3 km from Nessebar.

PASAT Sunny Beach is designed as a micro complex with residential areas for use during the season and throughout the year. The complex comprises of apartments, studios, shops, restaurants and a cafe. There are 76 apartments. The studios consist of single room with a bathroom, corridor and a balcony. The living rooms are conveniently spacious with small kitchen and dining area. The walls have thermal and sound insulation. The balconies are big and the bathrooms are entirely furnished.

The building is designed and constructed in a way that reveals a cozy inner yard. In the yard there are swimming pool, open-air bar, lawns and a parking lot.

The entry to the development is controlled through a checkpoint that guarantees the security of the property and the residents/guests therein. The road from/to Nessebar and the inter-city route Burgas-Varna facilitate the access to the property.
