Inspection Trips.

Once you have seen a few properties that you are interested in, it makes sense to arrange a trip to Bulgaria to view the properties.

Inspection trip usually lasts 3-4 days and during this period we will introduce you the region, show you around the properties and sites of interest to you and provide advice and guidance on all practical aspects. You will be under no pressure to buy a property, and you should take your time to make decision.

We can book your flights and arrange accommodation for the duration of your stay, and you will be met at the airport by the representative of our company, then you will be taken to a hotel in the Sunny Beach area. All the hotels chosen for our clients have been inspected by our staff and are never lower than 3*. The clients are then driven back to the airport for their flight home.

 Alternatively, if you prefer to make your own travel arrangements, we will organize for you viewing days with representatives of developers.

The cost of the inspection trip depends on the value of the plane tickets, accommodation and transportation.
