 Implementation Schedule
- The construction of the villas and the practice facility began in October 2005.
- The construction of the first nine holes started in September 2006 and the second set of 9 holes will start being build in September 2007
- The whole complex will be fully operational in 2008.

All property owners will have a Country Club membership.

Country Club Membership – €1,600 / p.a., comprises:
- Infrastructure support and maintenance
- Security
- Cable TV (Broad band Internet access)

Golf Club Membership – €2,000 / p.a., comprises:
All the services available to Country Club members
PLUS
For the owners and their families –
- Use of the Golf Course and Practice
- Golf stick trolleys
- 50% discount for the golf school and buggy
- Bookings of tee time – up to 30 days
For their guests–
- 50% discount on the Green Fee

The above annual membership fees will be applicable starting 2008, when the facility is expected to be fully operational.

Till then a uniform membership fee of € 600 will be applied
 

Some of rules:

The speed limit within the compound is 30 km/h

Farming and animal rearing on the premises is not allowed

From 13:00 to 17:00 hours and after 21:00 hours no excessive noise on the premises shall be allowed without the express consent of the neighbours and the Club management.

Who can play golf at Ibar?

 

1. Only the owners of properties at Golf Club Ibar who regularly pay their membership fee are considered members of the club and can play golf at Golf Club Ibar (non-members are not allowed)

2. Guests to the owners of properties that have been invited by the owners are also allowed to play golf at Golf Club Ibar along with the owners (in their presence)

3. Tenants of properties part of the Country Golf and Spa Club Ibar are also allowed to play golf pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Club
