Holliday club Gardenia Hills is situated at the foothills of the Eastern Balkan Mountains where it meets the Black sea coast. The countryside is distinguished with its splendid green slopes, magnificent sea panorama and a special sense of silence and tranquillity. It is within a couple of minutes distance from Sunny Beach resort.

The complex consists of 8 sections, 3 or 4 floors each, with total unfolded built area of 8800 square meters. The architectural plan of each of the buildings has 2 or 3 apartments on each floor, viewing the pool, the mountain or Sunny Beach resort.  The appearance of the complex is inspired by the traditional Bulgarian national revival culture.

 

The apartments sizes are from:

 Studio- 45 to 50 sq.m

1 bedroom apartment -65 to 70 sq.m

2 bedroom apartment - 80 to 100 sq.m

 

The premises are to be delivered at stage of completion "TURNKEY".
