Extra charges:

 

 

2% of the price of the property – stamp duty .
 

1% of the price of the property – notary fees.

These 3% are payable to the notary office on the day of the closing the deal and signing the deeds by yourself or by solicitor, who representing you.

 

3% of the price of the property - to Imoti Bulgarian Properties Ltd. as a service charge based on the price of the property, which is payable at the signing of the Preliminary Contract.  

850 Euro – solicitor fee.

Note: In case the buyer is a corporate body and the transaction is complicated, the fee is to be increased up with 50 %.

750 Euro – to solicitor as a charge for setting up a Bulgarian company in case of the buying land or house.

Once off charges:

ESB connection –  about 450 euro.

In advance ESB charge and water charges – about 250 euro.
 

Yearly charges to be expected:

0.30% of the price of the property – local taxes, bin collection, land registration office charge
Maintenance fee - the price vary from the company.

Monthly charges to be expected:
Water, electricity (ESB) - according the use.
