This is “Central Park Resort” I – the first from the chain of holiday villages, located upon an area of 12,700 sq. m. The complex consists of 10 modern residential buildings that include 26 apartments of different areas and disposition.

“Central Park Resort” I offers all conveniences for a full-value holiday:

Please note, that there are 2 options of finishing available: one - according the Bulgarian Standard (walls and floors on coating), and another - complete finishing with walls latex painted and floors - laminated parquet.
In the first case the price for the apartments is 570 euro per sq.m., and in the second case - 650 euro per sq.m.
