Super Borovets
The “Super Borovets” project has been planned for developing and expanding the area and turning it into a huge mega, modern resort in Bulgaria all year round. It will include the town of Samokov, the large village of Beli Iskar and Borovets resort itself. The existing facilities will be improved and vastly expanded along with infrastructure.
The new forms of tourism will include cultural, eco and rural tourism. The project aims to offer numerous tourists attractions – sport playgrounds, football pitches, tennis courts, swimming pools, numerous amusement facilities. Two brand new golf courses are under construction at the foothills of the Rila Mountain with spectacular views over the snow capped peaks. The whole conception for revitalization and management of the natural resources of the mountain will be directed in the tourist’s favour.

- € 5000 - non Refundable Reservation Deposit
- 30% down payment (minus deposit)
- 20% when the foundation is completed
- 20% when the bricks and plasters are finished
- 20% with aluminum and windows works
- 10% on delivery - June 2009
