Aqua Dreams is the newest project of "Dreamville" developer for the year 2007.
The resort complex is located in the beautiful and quiet area in between Sunny Beach and St. Vlas. Because of its specific location Aqua Dreams offers the unique combination of sea view in conjunction with the surrounding of fascinating rising nature-green hills.

It is situated only 100 meters from the coast line and approximately 500 meters from Sunny Beach.

At your disposal there are 3 swimming pools in the complex – adults’ pool with children section, another adults’ pool with wet bar for a cocktail in the hot summer and additionally separated children pool with a ring shape.

As amenities in apart-hotel Aqua Dreams there is a restaurant with an open-air area, Café-bar with pool view, reception and lobby, shops, parking lot, green areas.

The complex consists of 3 blocks, 141 apartments altogether.
All the apartments are luxuriously fitted with:
- Bathroom with boiler-heater, luxury sanitary equipment
- Air-conditioner in every apartment – split system/winter-summer/
- Terracotta flooring
- Latex painted walls
- PVC window frames
- Cable TV and telephone outlets
The payment plan for Aqua Dreams is as follows:
- 1000 Euros reservation fee
- 30 % - in 1 month after a reservation is made.
- 30 % - until March 31, 2007
- 40 % - on completion (June 2007)
