"Almera" complex is a new and exclusive Black Sea development in Bulgaria. The project was undertaken with both holiday home seekers and ever increasing number of foreign investors in mind. Located in the village resort of Ravda the complex was designed by architect Tomi Tomov, one of Bulgarians leading architects, who recently received a national award from the Architects Association. The originality in the design can be seen by his use of both modern and traditional elements.
The complex consist of 36 apartments, which are either studios or one bedroom flats, ideal for a holiday home or as an investment opportunity. The flats vary in size starting from 33 sq m to 48 sq. m . Adjoining flats can be bought and made into one large apartment.
All the apartments are offered for buying off plan which has a number of benefits :

Property Insurance
When you purchase an apartment in the Almera Complex you will also receive a
free 12 month insurance premium covering the generally accepted house risks:
fire (including the consequences of extinguishing the fire).
explosion of vessel under pressure.
natural disasters storm, hurricane and hail, flood, including falling trees
and branches.
escape of water, resulting from damage to pipes and drains.
malicious damage of thirds parties (vandalism).
impact from motor vehicle or manned aerial device, or any parts or cargo
falling there from.
theft.
Against payment of additional premium the insured may obtain:
Additional cover against:
earthquake;
third party liability;
expenses incurred for alternative lodging;
loss of rental income.
Payment & Maintenance Fee
The real estates are offered for sale using the following payment scheme:
1000 Euro reservation fee;
30% of the sales price less reservation fee signing of preliminary contract;
25% of the sales price completion of the roof;
25% of the sales price when Certificate 15 is received;
20% of the sales price - when the Notary deed is received;
There is a one-year maintenance fee, which is spent on:
