Imoti Bulgarian Properties it is a company set up in Lucan, Co. Dublin, with company registration number  399273 from 16 March 2005. It is run by Peter McFadden and has the advantage of knowledge of Bulgaria, as the manager of the company Tzvetanka McFadden is a native born Bulgarian  who moved to Ireland back in 1996 and is  settled here since then.

We take great care in helping you to find your ideal property and hope we can give you that personal touch.

We can organise inspection trips out to Bulgaria to view potential properties and developments, but before that we would like to meet you and work on the standard you are looking for in Bulgaria and the size of the investment you would like to make. So as we like to say we would like to do our job 90% in Ireland before flying to country about which you maybe know very little.
