The RLE XXIV is located in the central zone of Sandanski neighbouring a street on the east, area of greenery and a hotel complex on the west, RLE X on the north and RLE XXII on the south.

The terrain of the property is trapezium - shaped and with displacement of approximately 11.00 m as the dimensions have been taken from the street level to the westernmost and the highest point as well of the terrain.

On the RLE XXIV is planned to be built an apartment house with shops. The building comprises a ground floor, three regular floors where the construction height is 2.80 m and three terraced – like floors where the construction height is 2.40 m. Because of the slopped terrain, the elevation has been determined separately for each one of the facades. The basic build up of the floors above the shops has been moved aside 2.50m from the street’s regulatory line and the elevation has been determined according to the regulatory line of basic build up. In front of the external line of build up, when it doesn’t match the street’s regulatory line, balconies and oriels up to 1.5m are allowed. There is a terrace planned on the first residential floor, on the roof of the additional build up of the extraneous regulatory line. The balconies of the floors above the first residential floor have been moved aside 1m from the extraneous regulatory line.

The completion level of all apartments is without the finishing works such as flooring and wall coverage and the furnishing.

 PAYMENT TERMS:

1000 EUR - reservation fee;
50% - at the signing of the preliminary contract;
35% - until the 31st of January;
15% - at the day of transferring of the property /completion Spring of  2008/
